Very Unsatisfied Temporary Patient

Keep watch on not being overcharged with your insurance out of pocket. Not a very honest office! I had to get my insurance involved in order to get the correct amount billed out to me AFTER the braces were put on. Had I known that this is the general practice here, I would of went someone else. An office trying to make a quick dishonest dollar while cheating patients. Very rude receptionist and very nosey! Dr. Russell is an excellent orthodontist. My daughter is 8 years and would of needed jaw surgery once she stopped growing when she reached adulthood. Because of his early treatment plan that was started at 6 years old, my daughter will not need that surgery later in life. The office staff are passionate about their jobs and are very caring from the start of the consultation to end of the treatment. If one is looking for an orthodontist, I highly recommend, Dr. Russell and his staff.

This is a business operating like a hungry, competitive franchised entity desperate for customers to sign financing contracts. The “consultation” was more of a sales pitch urging me to pay hundreds of dollars right there and then, without speaking to a doctor or reviewing my child’s needs. A greedy start...and END to our relationship.
