They did a great job and available there phones whenever you call
The doctors and nurses here are wonderful; they consider the baby's needs and the parents' emotions. The doctors provide professional advice and solutions very quickly, and the nurses are very considerate in explaining everything that needs to be done afterward.
I was referred to Russell Medical for my son's circumcision after a number of recommendations on our local community Facebook group. I was extremely impressed with the communication and care provided by the staff from the time of booking through to the after care conversation with the doctor. The duty of care and service provided has been outstanding. Highly recommend if your looking for a clinic for your child.
Dr Venessa was amazing, the procedure was very quick. She made sure I felt reassured and happy to go along with the procedure :)) definitely recommend Russell’s medical
This was the second clinic we went to for our son’s circumcision as the first was a horrible experience so we entered the consult with an extra layer of anxiety, and within the first 5 minutes both me and my husband were filled with relief the whole team were absolutely incredible, will definitely recommend to other mums.
