Avoid this clinic if you can especially if your little one is older than 1 years old. Had my son’s circumcision done from these people, while Dr Vanessa is nice and friendly, what was promised to me did not happen. They have 100% traumatised my child. I was told they would have an additional nurse in the room to be with my son, by playing with him and distracting him as they did not allow parents in. Hi Helicopter Mumma here, We were worried my sons circumcision was incorrectly by a different surgery so we went to Russell Medical. They were fabulous from the moment we rang for the appointment to the time had the appointment and left. While we were there a little bubs was circumcised in and out and happy as can be a few tear of cause and off that family went. They whole atmosphere considering the circumstances was amazing. I can’t recommend Russell Medical more highly. The team went out of their way to help me and my newborn. Extremely professional and caring staff who made me feel seen and heard and kept my baby comfortable throughout the procedure.
Came here for both kids with a tongue tie. Team was friendly and process was quick and easy. Highly recommend
Always friendly the team at Russell Medical. I have had all my 4 sons medical procedures done here and each time with no dramas or concerns as the team are professional and go through the procedure thoroughly and take care of your son/sons. Admin staff have always been so lovely and friendly too which is why I was confident to come back each time with my boys with great end results.
