The Ridge Marina staff are AMAZING!!! When I first bought a boat from Heather last year she was phenomenal in helping me pick one perfect for my family, highly recommend going through her to purchase anything! This summer I was having some issues so I called and spoke with Janna and she directed me to Aaron and Hunter so they could help me fix my issues. They both explained everything to me and left nothing to be wondered. The Ridge Marina is one above the best!!! 10/10 recommend!
Was fine until we threw a blade on the prop in the middle of deep water, didn't hit anything. Limped it back to the marina and was told that we definitely hit something and would be charged for the repair, even though there was zero damage to any other components. Looks like the cheap aluminum prop from Amazon had us set up for failure. Ended the trip 3 hours early Update: Thanks Chase for making everything right.
We pulled up after close for gas and the self serve pumps weren’t working but Heather stayed late and pumped gas for us making sure we were taken care of. She is AWESOME!!! Happy lake customers!
I always have a great experience when visiting the marina. I bought a float and Shianne insisting on inflating it for me. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service! I definitely will be visiting again.
