In not surprised of the 5 star rating because after several disappointing visits to large franchised optometrists I made an appointment (on a recommendation from several people) to see Russell. @ Russell and team, thank you so much for your professionalism, caring attitude and for resolving my eye issues with the correct glasses. I cannot thank you enough.
