Definitely feels like some shady business going on. During my visit, Dr Kling never made eye contact and never touched me - yet he billed for a comprehensive physical. Despite that being my first ever visit, he claimed in his notes that I was a long-time patient. The in-house bloodwork results showed my LDL cholesterol to be high; his only plan was to prescribe statins. My experience with Dr. Kling and this clinic was extremely disappointing due to their new rigid policies and a complete lack of patient consideration. I arrived a few minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I was seated in the office for an additional 10 minutes waiting to be taken in. Once the next patient arrived I was immediately informed that Dr. Kling would not see me now. Feels like a scam! Charged for tests I never had, and my routine visit got billed as an office visit just for a quick prescription refill the doctor brought up.
I loved Dr Abensohn. He is a hard act to follow. Dr. Kling is just as nice. Listens and works with you in your healthcare plan. Happy to have him as my PCP
