I met Dr Kelly a few months ago at Palestine Hospital. My blood pressure was out of control and he started treating me. He's very nice and polite and will answer any question that you might have. My blood pressure has being doing great. I highly recommend him. Also, his staff at the office are really great too. Best of thanks to them.
