We are so happy with the service provided by Russ Richardson Plumbing. Tyler was friendly and professional and answered all our questions. He did an excellent job and was flexible as well because, while we hired them to set up plumbing for 3 sinks and a dishwasher, we just happened to have a plumbing emergency the night before he came and he was able to take care of it in that same visit. We highly recommend Russ Richardson Plumbing.

Our hot water heater went out late Friday, and by Sunday we had only sporadic hot water. We called Monday morning and appreciated the quick response with a return call and house visit the same day. However, the visit itself was disappointing. The plumber was here for about 10–15 minutes, said he didn’t find anything wrong, and told us to call back when the hot water went out again (which is why we called in the first place). The only plumber we’ll ever use. I highly recommend. Always responsive, timely, polite, and informative. They have fixed problems other plumbers failed to, and they have showed up same day when we’ve needed them.
