Russ is a lifesaver! Always quality work and quick response. A plumbing wizard! I’ve used his expertise for bath, kitchen, and general plumbing work for nearly 15 years.
Our hot water heater went out late Friday, and by Sunday we had only sporadic hot water. We called Monday morning and appreciated the quick response with a return call and house visit the same day. However, the visit itself was disappointing.
