Called on Monday morning and they sent someone over that afternoon. Great communication, got a text and a call from the guy that came. He was quick and efficient, even tightened a loose faucet that was completely unrelated to the job. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again

We called Russell Richardson in Canton, CT after reading great reviews. He responded to the call and came to diagnose and fix the issue the same day. The service was quick, thorough, and professional. We now have a working water heater. I highly recommend plumbing services from them! You can't miss their signature red vans that drives around in the Farmington River Valley area!
