We recently stayed at *Russell Inn & Suites* and were amazed. After a rough 12-hour drive turned into 5 due to car trouble and getting lost, we arrived exhausted. MIA at the front desk greeted us with calm, warmth, and empathy. She got us checked into a spacious king suite at a very fair rate. I'm one how true to get an idea of hotels by reading reviews about a place because I feel like people are going to be somewhat honest about things like this but after getting here and seeing for myself I'm not sure why some of the review I read about this place was even written this place is amazing and Mrs Sam and Taylor where the sweetest I've meet in a while and the rooms are really clean and cozy but that's just how I feel so come see for yourself and you'll feel the same thanks guys
I seen a bug in the bed and the cards keep getting deactivated every time you put it close to your phone and you can’t even put it in your wallet without getting deactivated and the lady at the front desk said if your card keep getting deactivated I want give you another one
We stay here frequently and are well acquainted with the staff, but Dominic always greets us with a warm smile and a "welcome back!" Its always clean and just right for our trips to Starkville. The staff are friendly and the coffee is always hot!
While checking out of my hotel they charged me with a $275 smoking fee I have never smoked in my life they went off of the scent that was on my clothes from being around a family member. This is so disappointing and sad because I know I never smoked inside the hotel room. If they can see on their cameras I was with a family member and we were going outside of the hotel to smoke his cigarette.
