We were traveling from the mainland and my boyfriends hearing aid quit. He went above and beyond to assist him getting his aid fixed, even trying ones he had in office. He is an island angel!!!
On April 19th my hearing aid died while visiting from Oregon. After calling some of my hearing aid dealers on the mainland, I was given the number to Russell Hearing Aids. April 20th, my girlfriend called and spoke with Russ. I asked her to ask what he'd charge for cleaning. He replied "No charge, come in and I'll see if I can fix it" I replied to her after they hung up, "They still exist"! Russell is very knowledgeable and freely shares his knowledge. My visits were easy and he fitted me with an improved hearing aid.
This man really knows what he is doing! Very professional and compassionate. Highly recommend him.
