I've been seeing Dr Gerry for over 20 years now. I've actually witnessed his hair turning grey..lol. He's always been helpful and attentive to my needs and I'm sure he provides the same to all his patients. His staff are super people and make sure any messages you need to get to Dr Gerry are delivered. Just a great over all experience.
Dr. Gerry and his staff are truly incredible. Seeing a new doctor is always a bit daunting, but these folks made everything simple all while being sensational. I felt as if they actually cared about me as a person, and not just a body to be treated. Y'all really are the best.
I chose this doctor because of the great reviews but was very disappointed on my first appointment. I received multiple appt confirmation texts and emails beforehand, all of which I replied and said “yes” to. But when I show up to the place, which is over an hour away from my house, the receptionist tells me he is out sick today and claimed she called me about it multiple times - the only phone calls I got were about appt confirmation, NOTHING about him calling out sick.
