Initially a disaster, but the manager made it right. The first technician they sent didn't fully diagnose the repairs needed. He replaced the torsion spring, but then the door threw a cable on both manual opening and collision reversal. The technician tried to blame me both times (and not very politely). I called at 9am Monday morning and they were able to meet me at 11:30 in Carpinteria to fix my garage door. The owner was kind, professional and very efficient. I’d use them again in a heart beat!

Very dishonest overpriced does not know how fix had to call his supervisor rude hung up when asked for assistance,still does not work after giving him check for $1500for four springs was here less than hour.asked him to return and take his springs and return mu would pay him $100 for his time said has receipts that springs costs $250 apiece yet he told me costs $600 apiece
