I recently bought a L322 from Russell. I dealt with Steve throughout the sales process, he was relaxed and informative about the car in question. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy the car on the spot, he let me take the car out for a test drive on the day. The sales process was smooth and the car was prepared nicely upon me collecting it. Buying from Russell was as straightforward as it could be. More importantly, the after sales service was superb and second to none. Highly recommended.
I bought a Disco 4 from Russell French advertised with a 6 month warranty. Unfortunately we had a major breakdown while traveling in Europe costing over GBP3,000 within 4 months of the purchase. Despite numerous emails and calls asking for a contribution to the costs we have had absolutely no response in 3 months of trying. Clearly no warranty existed and we have been misled even though we have it in writing!
Very professional, fair price and great after sale service from Russell. I recommend it.
