Unbelievably bad administration, staff, and phones. I've been driving to their office for months because my calls aren't answered. I've been attempting to set up medicine for weeks. Ineffective front-end and treatment scheduling and coordination, as well as insufficient communication. No one picks up the phone to schedule a meeting. Sad!
Poor interpersonal skills. Compared to this doctor, the intake nurse took more time with me. She was obviously working harder than he was, and she was also more thorough and affable. While she was still performing nerve/reflex testing, he entered the room without knocking (who *does* that?). He then sat as far away from me as he could and advised me to do more exercise.
