We had a minor electrical emergency. Our main breaker was tripping every few hours on Saturday morning causing us to lose all power. Russell was the 3rd company we called to try to replace the breaker. Russ was available an at our house in less then an hour. He diagnosed a connection problem with our electrical panel and thankfully had a replacement part available. Russ has done a great job at our commercial building and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
Great company, quick to respond and outstanding work. Collin and Bruce stopped in and fixed me up. Fair rate and reasonable.
Russ and the company have done excellent work in our rental units and our homes. Only issue we encounter, and understandable given limited resources and heavy demand for their services, is response time for regular tasks. We did not have issues with emergency calls.
