We have been working with Russ over weeks in an older commercial unit. He and his team have been amazing at meeting timelimes, getting the job always done right the first time, and helping us to navigate issues in an older building and from an inspection standoint. He is extremely knowledgeable, great at communicating, and never hesitates to answer questions or clarify things. I highly recommend Russell Electric.
Working with Russ has been a top-notch experience. He is trustworthy, does the best quality work, and is flexible to meet your needs. We are very impressed.
So frustration when a company does not respond to a telephone call, email or text. I would not recommend this company.
We had a minor electrical emergency. Our main breaker was tripping every few hours on Saturday morning causing us to lose all power. Russell was the 3rd company we called to try to replace the breaker. Russ was available an at our house in less then an hour. He diagnosed a connection problem with our electrical panel and thankfully had a replacement part available.
