Very nice, professional, empathic, understanding & answered all my questions. Very thorough. Will highly recommend.
Had a great experience with Dr. Gibson but quite a frustrating one with getting the appointment set up: My name was entered backward, not corrected when asked, couldn't reschedule despite four different attempts when invited to confirm or reschedule by text (and with voicemails, too), etc. Seems like there's some office chaos to sort out, but people I reached were friendly and the visit was great.
My appointment time was kept by staff. Nurse was friendly and professional. Dr. Gibson is super. Takes as much time as needed to review and make suggestions. Highly pleased with my experience.
