RecommendedRussell Dermatology has been my dermatologist since Dr. Brian and Dr Shelley Russell began their practice in. Conway several years ago. Dr. Brian is a great doctor and person. He listens and is very good at determining the cause and treatment. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good Dermatologist.
I have been going to Dr. Brian Russell since I moved to Conway (around eight years ago) and I would highly recommend him. Dr. Brian Russell is very kind and takes an interest in me as a person not just a patient. He is also very thorough. He finds spots on me that should be taken care of that I haven’t even been aware of.
I was recommended to visit Dr. Rachel by my insurance. Russell Dermatology gave me at least 10 phone calls/emails/texts during work (I work during their operation hours) to confirm me going to the appointment. I call in from work weeks in advance for this apt. I drove from Little Rock early on the day of the appointment, only for Dr. Rachel to cancel the appointment 1 hour before. Unprofessional. I rather wait months for another clinic than waste my time, money, and gas here again.

Rachel was great! So personable and she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Everyone in the office was so nice and professional and I was in and out in 35 min. Will recommend to everyone I know!
