Mr. Clark is competent and confident in himself and his work. However, he will set consultations without ever intending to commit to services. He will charge you the consultation fee and give you the consult and then never answer any of your calls again. He will not return messages or texts or voicemails that are left for him. He just doesn't get back to you when you need him. So if you need him for something that has to be taken care of immediately I would not recommend.
