I made a mistake and used the wrong chemical on some aluminum parts in my engine bay, causing some pretty bad damage to the finish. I dropped in on Russell totally unannounced and he was more than happy to take valuable time out of his day as a small business owner just to help out a fellow enthusiast. He gave me tips and advice on how I can try to handle the problem myself, before I go and tear the engine apart to get things recoated or repolished. Place is a mess. He doesn’t live up to his commitment dates, doesn’t answer his phone. Or even return phone calls…..thats just no way to run a business…I took my spinner and left .I’ll never use him again.
