My wait time was super short from triage to checking out. The staff went above and beyond to be professional, friendly and courteous. Dr Phillips was awesome! I hate that I had to make a visit to the ER but I’m so glad I chose the Lebanon hospital.

The staff was amazing!!! It was busy so I did have to wait a little while but it was worth the wait… nothing but good to say about my experience

I came to the hospital seeking help for a persistent parasitic condition affecting my face, sinuses, and skin. I asked for the patient advocate at the front desk just before 8 AM. I was told they weren’t in yet and handed a note with no number. I insisted on speaking to someone, and about 20 minutes later a woman came out and tried to address my situation standing in the lobby, where anyone could overhear. My son fell and hit his head and ribs on some rocks when we got at russell.county medical is was a speedy sign in the girlmwas super nice. And we weren't there to long after we got x-rays back. Nice place and super nice staff.
