I really don’t like to do this but these ARE THE FACTS. Last year I hired Mr. Cooper to add a sitting area to our pool. What was supposed to take 4 weeks took 8 weeks. His workers showed up half the time and when they did half the crew would lay on my lounge chairs or go to the beach. BOTTOM LINE I just paid an additional $23,000 to an outstanding pool company that totally tore everything down that Cooper did.
