I completely understand how hard it can be to get an appointment at the clinic, so I always try to be patient and understanding. What I can’t understand, though, is why the receptionists are often so rude to patients. This has been going on for a long time, and I don’t know why it’s never addressed, it’s really depressing. I’m writing this as an older brother who is furious about what has happened to my sister and her husband at Russell Clinic. This place is a disgrace to healthcare. • Dr. Koreen looked at my brother-in-law’s X-ray and told him “his surgery went well and his spine is fused.” He’s never had spinal surgery. I've been getting prescriptions for a non addictive drug for 10 plus years at this clinic. Suddenly I have no doctor to prescribe since he passed off some of his clients to a new doctor. Fine. Went through in to see the new doc, Got my meds for 3 months and told to come in again for renewal, which I asked the new doc that I can't come in every month or three because of work and distance.
