We needed to have carpets cleaned in our mom's house prior to placing on the market to sell. Russells was able to fit us into their schedule quickly. We went back to the residence the next day with the realtor and were disappointed with the carpet. The carpet still looked soiled on the heavy traffic spots. We usually have our carpets cleaned once or twice a year but haven’t had our carpets cleaned in a year and my wife hired Russel’s carpet cleaning service this time. My wife was at work and I happened to be home with the kids and they showed up on time and pre treated several spots upon arrival. I was hopeful that my kitchen tile grout would have been cleaned, but whatever solution was used did not clean as well as me doing it on my own with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. The point was to not have to be on my knees hours on end to get my grout cleaned. Although the tile does look a little better, the grout is still dark, and I will have to do it by hand.
