We were so impressed with his summary report at the end of the inspection as well as the full length report. We now have a road map of necessary maintenance and repair for our new home. Impressed by the communication and throughout inspection on my first time home. Definitely would recommend to other first time owners who would like clear and details explanation with type of upgrade needed (long-term vs short term).
Customer service was excellent. The inspection was thorough and professional. Everything was well explained and the report was very detailed. Very good experience and highly recommend!
