Called and got no answer. Left a text explaining my problem. No response. I also had this same issue a couple of years ago.
Jeremy Russell is the only plumber I have used for the past 3 years
They did an outstanding job. They did what they said they were gonna do. Up front they did tell us to that they may have to make holes in the Sheetrock but they did not repair it but they could Recommend someone to come and repair it. They told us everything up front with nothing hidden. They were very friendly, considerate, and so prompt. I definitely wouldn't recommend this plumbing company they don't keep their word and definitely don't do as they say they will. Have had them out to house 3 times spent $950.00 and they never finished job. Cut a whole in the wall for no reason and left it. Never answeres phones or texts. Tried to get the whole fixed and they staited they don't do sheet rock or dry wall. So still need plumbing done and whole fixed. Should have done the job the first time and not needed to pay 2 more times. They do not honor their work.
