I messed around with doc in the box and then my GP. I suffered for a week with wrong diagnosis and medications. Doc B correctly diagnosed my problem and prescribed proper meds. Twelve hours later I feel 80% better. Thank you for Dr Beckhardt for your expertise, professionalism and the ample amount of time you spent with to cure my problem.
My doctor takes his time with me discussing all my concerns and does a through job in addressing all my questions and handling all my problems. I would not want anyone else.
Doctor is great. That is the only reason I gave two stars. They have this elder woman there who did not want to assist me at all. She ignored me every time I went up to her and had to keep talking to her to grab her attention. After seeing the doctor I had to confirm my follow up date, she completely ignored me again as I was talking to her and I had to move on to the next staff available to get any communication through. The worst experience I’ve ever had.
Very friendly but no help to me since he couldn’t gave me treatment or any solution to my problem related to me
