Tim and service staff did an excellent job on the repairs and maintenance
Had to finally have the oil leak on my Escape fixed. Was over a year ago that I had gotten an estimate on the cost to fix, but kept putting it off. Took it in for an oil change and the leak had gotten worse and had to carry oil with me for just in case. Tim and us readdressed the issue, since I had started hearing a pinging in the engine. Decided to just have it fixed. This was on a Friday, Tim said it should be ready by the end of the following week. Wednesday he called and said it was ready. Yay!!!
