After a needed extraction in late February, I needed to wear my original flexi- partial with a (temporary) tooth added on, while my tooth socket healed. I opted to wait longer than necessary to reassure myself that it was fully healed, before Dr.Fox scanned and planned for my brand new upper flexi-partial. When I first called Dr Fox's office, it was a few days before July 4th and they were closed the whole week. I left a message asking to schedule a new patient appointment, but they never called me back. Finally, I called them back and had a much better experience the second time. They gave me an appointment right away, and the tech who saw me was very friendly and thorough. She explained every step to me and was patient when the work she was doing was too much for me and I needed to take a small break. I'm definitely glad to ... read more
