On Aug 18,2025 we purchased a transmission Thur Russell’s for $1450 for q 2009 Mazda 3. It had to be shipped to them and we were contacted Aug 21, 2025 to pick up the transmission. The purchase came with a 90 day warranty. On Saturday Nov 22, 2025 the transmission stopped working, and would not engage gears. We contacted Russell’s early Monday morning to inform them of the issue with our purchase. So on the 93 day is when Russell was contacted.
