They get you in quickly, provide great service and are very competent. They are priced fairly, and won't recommend unnecessary repairs. They do great work and complete it quickly as well. It is quite evident that they have many years of experience . Highly recommend.

After being lied to and taken advantage of by another transmission shop in Manchester, I took my car to Russell Automotive to have them take a look at the questionable work that was done at the other shop. I had been issued a fake ATRA warranty for a transmission rebuild from the other shop. I went into Russell Auto and immediately, the man at the desk was helpful and friendly.
