I was aware of less expensive 'supply and install' packages available on the Sunshine Coast. When I did some research I discovered no actual offices or office numbers...just mobiles and the addresses were storage units in a large storage facility. I'm assuming the installers were probably contractors...risky perhaps if problems develop in the future. I decided to pay a bit more and stick with a local family business. Fujitsu Air Conditioner quote and install Lachlan made a time to quote and arrived when planned. Quote was the best by a few hundred dollars. The installation team arrived at 7.00 am on dot. Got stuck in and two hours later had finished. The boys cleaned up and took all the packaging with them. Excellent service start to finish. Special mention to Catherine in the office who made payment and booking an absolute breeze. 10 out of 10. Would recommend Russell Air. Excellent performance and service
Had the ducted Aircon done 2 weeks ago, the installers were very professional, a very friendly team of gents. I would recommend Russel Air any day. Thanks again.
