My mom passed away in Dec of 2024. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff & the flexibility for my family. My mom was absolutely beautiful. Rev. Wright listened to the details of how I wanted her hair & covering of a mark in her face. The obituaries, thank cards & memory book was also beautiful. The conducting of the service went smooth as well. My family has also used him for 2 other previous family members & there were no issues there either.
Outstanding service and customer service
To begin. I read the reviews and I must say , I can agree with some of them. My Family experience with this business was just okay. All I will say is to Proof read your Obituary. My mom passed on 07 Dec 23 and her date as of today is still incorrect on the website. A family member (son) name was left off the Obituary while another (daughter) was spelled incorrectly. As stated I can agree with some of the revirew and I do understand their Sentiments.
