My husband has been seeing Dr. Russell Settipane since forever when he was previously on Pitman St. and has followed him to the East Providence office. Great Doctor and excellent bedside manner. Would highly recommend.
I absolutely cannot recommend Dr Russell Settipane enough. I had all but given up faith in the healthcare community until today. I do not have a diagnosis yet, and I’m still searching for answers, but honestly and truly I can’t speak highly enough about the care given by Dr. Settipane and his office staff in East Providence. They were so kind and polite and the poor Doctor listened to me for 2.5 solid hours (ACTUALLY listened to me!) to help my dissect all of my symptoms. Called about setting up an appointment. Talked to Courtney, the "office manager" who was very condescending and disrespectful. I never understand why people like this are hired to work with people who are sick and suffering. It's such a stressor when you are just looking to get better. This would be zero stars if it were an option :-(
I have seen Dr. Russel Settipane for years. He is thoughtful, thorough, and takes his time with you. It can result in some late appointments because he doesn't rush you.
