I absolutely cannot recommend Dr Russell Settipane enough. I had all but given up faith in the healthcare community until today. I do not have a diagnosis yet, and I’m still searching for answers, but honestly and truly I can’t speak highly enough about the care given by Dr. Settipane and his office staff in East Providence. Called about setting up an appointment. Talked to Courtney, the "office manager" who was very condescending and disrespectful. I never understand why people like this are hired to work with people who are sick and suffering. It's such a stressor when you are just looking to get better. This would be zero stars if it were an option :-(

I have seen Dr. Russel Settipane for years. He is thoughtful, thorough, and takes his time with you. It can result in some late appointments because he doesn't rush you.

Sent an elder relative here for allergy testing as she complained of skin / contact rashes and had a history of breakouts in relation to exposure to certain substances. The staff here at this location wouldn't even perform a simple allergy test and charged the insurance an exorbitant fee just to do nothing. In addition the front desk staff is rude and incoherent. Find another doctor that is intent on getting results and not just lining their pockets!
