I have been training here now for almost two years, and its the best gym I have ever been too. The community here at the gym is so supportive and welcoming, and the trainers are incredible. The different training days and workout routines keeps things always engaging and interesting as you work towards your fitness goals. This place changed my life, and my view on fitness, I only wish i started RSF earlier!
