From our initial meeting, I was put off by his cold demeanor, condescending attitude, and clear chip on his shoulder. Russell Huang, MD - Worst experience ever with a physician & a compliation of mistakes. Having relatives on staff at HSS, Dr. Huang was recommended - unfortunately. From our very first appointment & follow-up phone call, Dr. Huang was arrogant & disinterested in my extremely painful condition. Dr. Huang is an amazing doctor and he gave me my life back. I had been suffering from terrible sciatica for 9 months, I was in constant pain, unable to stand, sit, walk, or lie down without excruciating pain. I had done physical therapy, acupuncture, steroid injections, and nothing helped and my condition continued to get worse. Dr. Huang is a Godsend. He literally saved me from becoming partially paralyzed. He and his team help me return to a normal life with full motion and mobility.
