If you need an emergency repair expect to be told 2 week wait
Asked for a quote to replace a window that was stone chipped. The quote seemed very high and unreasonable so I asked them to break out quote to cost of glass & labour. No response so I went elsewhere. In the end the job will be done for 1/3 the price. It pays to shop around
