Russ is incridelibe therapist. extremely helpful, easy and fantastic to talk to. Helped me through my issues and helped out with more than I even knew I needed. Hes become a staple in my life, keeping me open minded and open to the new changes in my life. Incrediable therapist and human being.
Russ is a phenomenal therapist. I have seen many other good clinicians over the years, but he helped me on my journey perhaps better than anyone else. His expertise and care was evident in every session, whether we were talking about jobs, marriage, family, or any other existential challenges. I sadly needed to stop seeing him after leaving the area but I still incorporate the insights gained in our work together almost daily. I would highly recommend Russ to anyone seeking support/mental health care.

Russ was the perfect therapist for me. He helped me ALOT with an extreme phobia of bees/wasps and also helped me more than i ever thought possible on family matters. He was very down to earth and it felt like talking to a friend as apposed to laying on a therapy couch explaining "how that makes me feel" lol he had some unconventional ways of explaining things that resonated better with me and he truly untangled some of the brain knots i had so that i can live my best life on my own right path.
