Amazing service, they understood what we needed and helped get there.
We had our caravan air-conditioner looked for insurance purposes, russ tech staff are lovely and very helpful, and the communication between russ technician and refrigeration solutions and us was excellent. I would recommend them for you caravan issues.
Technician was great and got the job done quick. It was hard to book due to opening hours conflicting with work and I did not receive a receipt or confirmation of payment until I called 2 weeks later. Problem with my washing machine and dryer was fixed quickly after parts arrived though and the people I spoke to and technicians I had were great.
