Dr. Russ has been my doctor for many years. He is not only extremely smart and knowledgeable, but also compassionate and easy to talk to and always makes me feel understood. I am beyond blessed to have him as my doctor and could not say enough wonderful things about him. He has never let me down and always has a friendly smile even if I'm full of anxiety. He is WONDERFUL.
Dr. Russ is knowledgeable and can be a wonderful doctor - if he likes you. If he doesn't like you, he will still see you but it will be extremely unpleasant. He was my doctor years ago. My husband loved him, so I was encouraged to see him too, even though Russ didn't like me. I was regularly accused of lying, and degraded at nearly every visit. I left his office many times in tears. Dr. Russ is always so welcoming and makes you feel like his only patient. I see him for back adjustments often and every time I come in; he never fails to make me laugh. Makes me forget why I’m even there almost! He brings in a student as well usually and you can tell how much he is enthusiastic to teach his students. He’s a great doctor and teacher.
Great guy! Very knowledgeable, caring and humble.
