Dr Russ always takes time to give an explanation of what and why something is going on. He is very personable and is a good teacher, to both med students and patients.
Easy going, but very professional. Listens and explains treatments. Doesn't lecture you about exploring symptoms online. Very knowledgeable and caring.
Dr Russ is a kind, compationate person with a easygoing bedside manner. He took the time to get to the bottom of my medical issue and more importantly included my input and that of another specialist in my treatment! I thoroughly enjoyed having him as a doctor and highly recommend him to many of my friends and relatives.
Excellent listener, never feel rushed, describes his treatment recommendation, why he believes it's the best course of action and the desired outcome
