We had extensive water damage to our kitchen floor and possibly more last weekend. I spoke with Russ on Monday around 10 a.m. and before noon he had Peerless at our home starting the water abatement process. The State Farm adjuster was here on Tuesday. I can't say enough about the personal service we have received from Russ Ramey! We have had insurance with him about 20 years and we are so glad to be with his agency at this difficult time.
Russ and his team are very helpful and professional, especially when it comes to helping guide us through the process when our insurance needs change.
