Have known Russ for years, he is a great guy and his associate Brayden was very professional on the phone, he made everything easy.
The office has always been very responsive and helpful to any of my needs or claims.
Have had State Farm Insurance since my first car at age 16(49 years). They have always been there when we needed them. The latest home owners claim - new roof and siding - was addressed as I would have expected. Russ and his staff were there for us all along and assisted throughout the claims process.
