Russ basically allowed the state to bully me & totally screw me over completely by not pushing to help me get the necessary care I needed after a work related accident. I got run down by several steers working for a rancher. I am now disabled due to not getting the proper care. My back is totally messed up for life! Thanks, Russ, for NOT doing your job & for not standing up for your client!!
Extremely disappointed with this firm. Mindi (Melissa) "represented" me in my case against a former employer. My HRB claim was almost closed without my knowledge because she failed to meet multiple deadlines with the state. She has refused to communicate, and I'd be lucky to get a response after multiple emails and texts. I was forced to call the firm and leave her messages.
