Just had a great experience with thier service department. Chris Wilson was my point of contact from beginning to end and he was awesome! Super pleasant and explained everything. As soon as I dropped my car off with him I felt comfortable. He also did his best to get my car completed quickly. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Chris!
The customer service was awful andThey weren't accommodating with the repairs that I needed. I bought a new motor and trans in the past. And they they treated like a thief. I will never refer this business to anyone. MG
This dealership should be commended for the excellent customer service that I received on my Ford Escape. On Friday, September 19, 2025, I brought my vehicle in for service due to an electrical problem within a day my car was completely repaired. The service representative Mike was a very professional and contact me twice regarding the vehicle diagnostic and completed work.
