Went in for treament with carpal & cubital tunnel. Rick worked with me for three to four weeks and my symptoms have DRASTICALLY decreased. I would recommend this therapy for any and everyone dealing with this type of injury. I've been to so many different places, including chiropractors, physcial therapy, different stimulations, pain patches, etc, and this is the one thing that has truly helped. I've had back problems since I was in high school. I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in my twenties, and was operated on for a herniated disc in 1992. I felt that whatever I had a year after surgery was what I would learn to live with. I had given up on expecting improvements.I noticed improvement after my first treatment. Massage Therapy by Richard Russ By Anna Marie M. I would like to comment on the treatment I had received from Rick. I was in severe pain due to a work related accident. Having gone to Rick for several visits. I am now able to move somewhat better.I believe if it had not been for Rick I probably would be in a wheelchair by now. I recommend Rick to everyone I know. I started massage therapy because of my frequent headaches, which was my main focus. Satisfied Customer! By kathy c. I started going to Rick in the fall of 2007 for problems related to a herniated disc. I wanted to avoid surgery at all costs. I did not want to go to a salon and have a massage performed by a hair stylist. I am happy to say I had immediate relief and was very satisfied. Rick is very knowledgeable when it comes to the human body and how it works. I feel like I receive an education every time I go. I do the stretching exercises Rick provided me with and it truly has made a difference.
I had residual pain from knee surgery, along with neck, shoulder, and back pain. I could not sleep, and was in alot of pain. I had muscle spasms so bad that I could not stand or sit for long periods of time. I noticed improvement immediately! I can now walk without limping, I have no more headaches, and I have less pain. Two words can describe Richard D. Russ, a MAGIC MAN! I had been suffering from migraines for about a week, and I thought maybe a massage would help me. I was very surprised when I sat down to talk with Rich and he explained everything he would be doing, and actually making my posture a lot better. The Best In The Business! By Wayne E P. I have been going to Richard Russ for approximately 8 to 10 years now. I had a bad experience with lower back issues and other muscular pains stemming from this issue. I decided to have an assessment and have been going back ever since. Mr. Russ is by far the best at his job! He has the abililty to heal and work through any muscular issue that one may encounter.
