Russ Davis didn’t build our home but they built one on the lot next to us. We had one issue we had to address and they were easy to communicate with and very willing to address anything we noticed on our joint property line. All their subs have been respectful. I would recommend them as an ethical, professional group of people!

Great experience working with everyone on the Russ Davis Team. From start to finish they are easy to work with and communicate well throughout the process. They take the time to walk through decisions along the way and make sure you feel comfortable with the choices that you are making. You can tell they genuinely care about building a great home and pay attention to the details. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.
We truly love our home, but unfortunately we have experienced several significant issues since purchasing it. Within the first two months of living here, we had a main water line leak that required repair by RDH. Within the first year, multiple windows also had to be replaced. Most recently, in January 2026, we submitted another request for window replacement after having our windows professionally cleaned and discovering fogging between the panes in our master bedroom window.
