It was a unusual visit. I was there for a oil change. When I walked in the service department knowone acknowledged that I was there then when I said I'm dropping the car off the guy behind the counter who was on his cell phone told me someone would be with you shortly. Then when the oil change was done they told me I needed new tires ( to be fair i did tell the young lady i already had new tires on the way)and a air filter and cabin air filter which is fine but gave me no price to replace them just sent me on my way. Sun roof not working properly
This experience was the worst experience I have ever had with any business I have interacted with. In summary I came in for my first oil change after buying a car from their partner dealership 3 months ago. I came out, about 6 hours later, paying for a new battery, a new broken window switch they didn't tell me about, and without the basic but important steps of a oil change completed.
