Is always a great experience when entering the Kia dealer ship, every employee always providing the best service possible and making sure you leave satisfied customers.
We brought our vehicle in and were told we needed all new break pads and rotors in front a back. We asked them to complete it all and were charged for it all. A week later our steering wheel was shaking and we took it back. We were told we needed new rotors in the front…and they tried to charge us for it again! Paid for work that wasn’t completed! Not trustworthy!
Went to Kia in Wauwatosa for an emergency tire issue they service was impeccable they got me in asap and had my new rim and tire on my car in less than 24 hours he worked diligently to make sure I was taken care of immediately. Thank you so very much you are greatly appreciated! Keep up the great job!!!!
I had to return to the dealership after I got home. They forgot to turnoff the switch that prevents passenger doors and hatch to open with the push of a button. Since I don’t live close to the dealership it was close to an hour to go there twice.
Everything was checked and I got an oil change and front wiper replacement but for some reason the wiper on the drivers side does not wipe clear it leaves the window steaky.
