Steve was the tech that worked on my car. I had taken it to a local shop but it cost me over $2,000 and the job wasn't done when I got it back I took it to KIA Wauwatosa and was received a video from Steve where he showed what had been done and what needed to be done. No pressure sales pitch, just the facts. I will definitely go back to Steve when my car needs his TLC!!
Had brakes repaired that were installed less than a year ago. Brakes should last more than 10 months. But apparently not Kia Genuine Parts brakes. And work cost twice what was quoted. They don’t stand by their products.
I have been coming to this Kia for many years to service my vehicle and passed vehicles as well. Unfortunately, this will be the last time that I will come to the service department. my most recent service appointment was just this past week, and when I called to make the appointment the phone to the service department just rang and rang.
