I used this service department periodically for several years. Technicians were both knowledgeable and willing to discuss whatever my car needed. They made taking care of the car easy. This review is four-star simply because once (twice?) they offered to wash the car, I took them up on the offer, but the wash took longer than planned. Other than that, they did what they said, when they said, and the car ran well for years.
Had a great experience. Had a little confusion about a tire warranty and learnt that I was mistaken. Caleb was able to help me out and guide me through all the details. Drove away with a new tire at a fair price. Shout-out Caleb for the excellent communication and stellar service. Will come back
