Don’t come here. They will sell cars behind your back. You will set an appointment to buy the car. Then they will sell it before you get there and not tell you.
Sales practices are bit shady. I bought a dodge Ram at Metro Mall location in Falls . After agreeing to a price they hit you with additional costs that were not listed on sticker of services they claim already was completed to the vehicle like protective coating. They just itemize on the final document and hope you don’t notice, then give you a discount and act like they are doing you a favor. That added about 2 k to the truck. I should have walked out. follow up as of 10/13/2025: Respectfully, this issue has not been resolved. The vehicle was sold in unsafe condition, and documented service records confirm ongoing mechanical failures. I’ve spent thousands trying to fix what should have been addressed before the sale. I’m still waiting for Russ Darrow to take accountability. Stay far away from this dealership. They knowingly sold me a vehicle with a failing transmission and took zero responsibility once the issue surfaced. A Department of Transportation investigation confirmed that the previous owner reported the transmission was slipping when they traded it in — yet the dealership still refused to make it right.
