I would like to thank the Russ Darrow for helping me realize, How fed up I actually was with there sleazy tactics to get as much money off people as possible, and no I am not talking about to the customers, which we all already know, but to their employees. Any salesperson that has any value and knows what they are made of, I would suggest keep searching, this place will not help motivate you to be your best. **UPDATE: As of today 6/19 the issue with being provided an incorrect key is STILL not resolved. Takes an act of God to speak with someone at this dealership as they do not answer and do not call back when you leave a message.** My experience with Russ Darrow has been nothing short of a case study in negligent customer service and systemic incompetence. Deeply disappointed by the level of disorganization and lack of accountability at this dealership. A family member’s experience was riddled with preventable mistakes—from paperwork errors to customer service failures—and the dealership consistently refused to take responsibility. Based on what we went through, I wouldn’t recommend doing business here.
