I was directed to this garage after my old Alfa failed it's MoT. On arrival I spoke with Mr Brown. His workshop was extremely busy with mechanics working on a variety of cars. I was a stranger to this garage. Nonetheless, he came out to my car to have a look and told me to come back the following morning at 0830h. He told me that he would fix the wiper rack problem and submit the car for a retest. I did as I was asked and 3 hours later the car had an MoT having passed the retest. Recently had my Renault Capture serviced at Russ Browns garage. I was somewhat apprehensive as a female who knows nothing about cars. Needn’t have worried. All staff were superb. Kept me informed about costs, explained everything in detail, and didn’t charge the earth for a full service and several parts. If you’re not sure where to go In Droitwich, I can highly recommend this place.
