Absolutely outstanding experience with Russ’s Auto! I couldn’t believe how fair the prices were — literally 1/4 the cost of what I was quoted at a big chain auto shop. And not only was it affordable, but Russ himself was incredibly helpful, honest, and clearly knows his stuff. He took the time to explain everything, didn’t try to upsell me, and had the job done in half the time I was expecting. It’s rare to find a shop this trustworthy and efficient. I won’t be going anywhere else — highly recommend!
Called in from out of state for a pre-purchase inspection to buy a car from a dealership. Russ was very professional and got me in right away. He gave a thorough inspection and even offered to facetime since I was out of state. Very fair prices, good people, would recommend to anyone.
I called Russ’s mechanic shop in desperation of banging noises coming from the bottom of my car while driving home from work. I had my four year-old with me as well as I’m seven months pregnant. He was very understanding was able to take my car in as soon as I got to the shop And informed me that everything was OK. We had great conversation and I’m very blessed to have met him. He is absolutely legitimate and I would go back to him every time from here on out. Thanks again, Russ!
My car unfortunately overheated when I was on my way back to north Jersey. So I immediately stopped at the first mechanic shop I saw, and I’m glad it was Russ. He quickly helped me out. I feel very fortunate to have stopped at his shop. His level of professionalism and compassion towards my situation was very humbling and I’m grateful for his help. Thank you again Russ !
Russ is wonderful. I was very lucky to find him. He took my car in when he was extremely busy, but he could see that I needed help and didn’t have much wiggle room as far as timing. I dropped it off late in the day, he gave me a great price, started working on it that night and had it done the next morning. You don’t find people who are willing to help you out very often anymore, and I am so grateful to him. I’d recommend him to anyone and I’ll definitely be returning to him for future service.
