Service department is excellent and consistently so. I always appreciate the great pics, video, explanations provided. This location goes above and beyond to help us and get me back on the road.
Just had my Taycan serviced for the first time since I bought it and the experience was great. My service specialist Matt was wonderful. He told me what to expect as for how long the service would take and everything happened as promised.

I took my vehicle to Rusnak Porsche for its 30,000-mile service and a ding repair, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Our service advisor, Victor, was outstanding from start to finish. Since we were waiting for the work to be completed, he recommended several restaurants and a nearby theater to help us pass the time and even arranged an Uber for us.
