Was my first year check up. Process was very smooth and efficient. Service was great and much appreciated.
Excellent experience from securing an appointment to picking up the vehicle after service was completed. Matthew Bell was extremely professional and courteous.
Buyer beware… I got my Cayenne in 2022. The dashboard had to be replaced 18 month’s later (a little research shows this is a consistent and well documented product fault). 2 years later the Porsche dashboard Rusnak installed failed again (well documented product fault), but now called ‘wear and tear’ and that’s on me. I’m told the lifespan of a Porsche Cayenne dashboard is 2 years. Who knew? No love from Porsche USA, they suggested I trade it in for a new model. It’s great, and then it’s really not - Proceed with caution.
